Not only is this a terrific service, Alex is amazing to deal with.

Travelling, and keen to avoid the high cost of hotel laundry, I sought Life Without Laundry’s help. Alex replied to my email, helped me through the process and 24 hours later I have all my clothes back, laundered to perfection and all I had to do is drop it at the hotel front desk, and pick it up a day later.

As someone that travels 2 weeks per month, it can be a challenge to find the time to do one's laundry before packing for another trip.  Thank goodness for Life without Laundry.   I have been using them for almost a year.    The high level of customer care is outstanding and the fast turnout is exceptional.   The communication process from the initial order to status on delivery is simply the best.   Even the attention to the detail on how one's laundry is folded is so exact and perfect that one can transfer directly to a suitcase and/or dresser. Life Without Laundry has become my saving grace!   I use them weekly for my family’s laundry.  They pick-up one day and return the next. It’s incredible.  I’ve been using them for about 3 months.  They’ve always picked up and delivered in the planned timeframe.  I’ve also started sending my husband’s dry cleaning to them. It comes back perfect too.
