 Verified I'm writing this review a few weeks later than my service but that should tell you how great they are that I've made it a point to come back and leave a review. The owner Alex is incredible. I called sleep deprived and desperate to get a laundry service to help me I the middle of the day when my puppy was sick. They sent someone out within a few hours to do an early evening pickup for me and I had my laundry back the very next day, dropped off before 12! Alex answered all of my questions on the phone, and was patient with me as I was a little scatter brained from lack of sleep and stress. The pick up and delivery driver was also amazing! He was kind very personable. The pricing is also fantastic. Worth the service you get without completely gutting your bank account. Will be using them again! 10/10! If I could give this place more stars I would.

 Verified I began using LWL when Covid hit. Somehow  I've never thought much about that chore again. I've never had a problem with anything. I just did some research on similar services and found them to be on the higher end, it's not going to replace the service from the actual PEOPLE I have the pleasure of interacting with two drivers that are  on time and delightful to interact with.

I was in a complicated travel situation and only had 24 hrs and a suitcase full of stinky, wet clothes from a week of rainy hiking. LWL took care of it all for me and saved the day!

Communication is top notch, you can customize your service if need be, and prices aren’t bad at all. I hate going to the laundromat but I love (and need) fresh clean clothes and my comforters and pillows washed often and they do everything. And I especially love the pick up and drop off feature.

 Verified After our den flooded due to a faulty washer installation, we needed a temporary laundry solution while sorting out insurance. Eight months later, we are still loyal customers of Life Without Laundry! Their service has been a total game-changer for us. They are incredibly reliable, professional, and clothes always come back perfectly done. They took a highly stressful home situation and made it so much easier to manage. Highly recommend!

 Verified This is my second review! This service is beyond perfect! Not only are my clothes folded and clean but most importantly they smell clean! This company also follows directions- ie I requested my whites to be washed in hot water and I could tell that it was done! Not only is their service worth 5 stars but their website is easy to use as well! Their customer service is also top notch as well! So if you want your laundry done right give Life Without Laundry a try - you won't be disappointed!

 Verified I've been using this service for a few years now. It's a treat to kn all my clothes and linens will come back clean and smelling fresh. but the best part is everything is folded perfecttly ! the drivers are super friendly and the company in all is 100% accommodating  (in case I oversleep). My first time using their service, they let me know that apparently my wallet was bundled up in my comforter that I was getting washed, and they immediately let me know and carefully placed it to the side before taking care of my items. They didn't just throw the comforter in, they took the time to really clean and examine the item, and when they did they found my wallet in there!! Such prompt service and responses too. 100/10

When, unexpectedly, we were unable to use our washing machine, I reached out to Alex at Life Without Laundry as a non-client an hour and a half before his office closed with a plea to help us process bags and bag of laundry so we could stay open for our clients and patients the next day. He didn’t miss a beat and came thru to help. When our laundry issues persisted for an additional day, Alex again came to our rescue. His team was punctual and easy to work with. Their service was immaculate. He went above and beyond to help a neighbor business when other businesses turned us away as a non-client. I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you, Alex and Life Without Laundry. You helped us, our patients and our clients in our moment of need. It really does take village.

 Verified By far the best laundry service I have ever used. Ironically I use them in Boston and Los Angeles. As we live  in an apartment with towels, sheets etc and heavier pieces I use them when I am leaving. I use them many times a year at least once a month. Highly recommend them on all levels. Incredible customer service.

 Verified I have used LWL for at least 7 years I think. A long time. I request unscented detergent and only once was that missed in all that time. Everything is returned clean and folded and I just have to put it away. They are a great service!

 Verified By far the best laundry service I have ever used. Ironically I use them in Boston and Los Angeles. As we live  in an apartment with towels, sheets etc and heavier pieces I use them when I am leaving. I use them many times a year at least once a month. Highly recommend them on all levels. Incredible customer service.

 Verified I have used LWL for at least 7 years I think. A long time. I request unscented detergent and only once was that missed in all that time. Everything is returned clean and folded and I just have to put it away. They are a great service!

How does LWL ensure the quality of cleaning?

Life Without Laundry employees are professionals trained in garment care. We use high-quality detergents and equipment to ensure your clothes come back looking and feeling great. We love doing laundry and we’re freakin’ awesome at it! 🙂

Is it safe to send delicate items to LWL?

Absolutely! Life Without Laundry offers special care for delicate items. It’s always a good idea to specify if you have garments that need extra attention when ordering online. A common way to note this is to add the note, “pls air dry the small plastic bag inside my main laundry bag” and then bag up accordingly !

How often can I use LWL?

As often as you would like! Whether you want to use us for your weekly laundry or just for bulky items like comforters now and again, it’s entirely up to you. We are open 7 days a week and all of our services are pay as you go and nothing is reoccurring. All services include free pickup and delivery as well.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with the service, we will redo the laundry for free. If not happy after that a full refund will be issued. Our goal is to make sure you are happy at the end of the day! 🙂

Are there any items that LWL won't accept?

We accept almost all laundry. But items like heavily soiled garments or those with hazardous materials may be turned away for the safety of our employees. If you have any questions on this feel free to text, call, or email us anytime!

How does billing work for wash dry fold pickup and delivery?

You can send out however much you want. We will charge and send you an email receipt if over the 15 lb min you already paid for. No maximum! All laundry billed at same rate 2.99 per lb. This includes pickup and next day delivery.
